The Zincing


• The Zincing, electrolytic process through which a material is coated with Zinc


Zincing is achieved by immersing the artifacts (pickled first), in baths containing zinc salt solutions, electric current paths.

The deposition of zinc on the plates, is due to an electrolysis process.

The treatment is runned cold, allowing you to work very thin objects without distorting them. Plates with small diameter holes can also be machined, without the latter shutting when immersed in the solution.
